港区に居住経験もある彼が、この度「港区の歴史」を紐解きます。

Graduated from Waseda University’s Faculty of Science and Engineering and Hitotsubashi University’s Faculty of Law.
With diplomatic experience and time spent abroad, he hosts walking gatherings in Suginami, where his events fill up immediately, making him quite the popular figure.
Having previously lived in Minato Ward, he will now unravel the “history of Minato Ward.”

スイス・ドイツ・オーストリアの民族音楽を専門に演奏する「ヨーデル北川桜とエーデルワイスムジカンテン」を中心に、本場仕込のヨーデル・アルプス民族楽器カウベル・アルプホルン等の演奏・参加型のコンサートを全国にお届けしている。

国立音楽大学声楽科卒業・二期会オペラ会員・プロヨーデル歌手。
1992年よりヨーデルでドイツ、スイス、オーストリアに短期留学を繰り返す。
スイスヨーデルをマリーテレーズ・フォン・グンテンに、ドイツヨーデルを インゲ・フォッファー、マリア・ヘルビック、オットー・ピアサック、チロルヨーデルをアンニ・イエーガーの各氏に師事。
2008年スイス連邦主催ヨーデルフェストにおいて最高級クラス1級（エルステクラス)を認定、以後2023年まで複数回認定。SRF（スイス国営放送）等にもたびたび取り上げられる。
2009年日本人で初めてのスイスヨーデルのCDをスイスで出版、現地のメディアで話題になる。
2011年 ドイツ ミュンヘン オクトーバーフェスト 6500人の ホフブロイハウス会場にアジア人ヨーデル歌手として初ゲスト出演、以降3年連続で参加。2017年には シュパーテン の マースタール会場にもゲスト出演。ドイツテレビZDFにも出演。

Centered around “Yodel Kitagawa Sakura and Edelweiss Musikanten,” who specialize in performing Swiss, German, and Austrian folk music, we deliver authentic yodeling, Alpine folk instruments like cowbells and alphorns, and participatory concerts nationwide.

Graduated from the Vocal Department of Kunitachi College of Music · Member of the Nikikai Opera Company · Professional Yodeler
Since 1992, she has repeatedly undertaken short-term study trips to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria to study yodeling.
Studied Swiss yodeling under Marie-Theres von Gunten, German yodeling under Inge Hofer,Maria Hellwig, and Otto Piersack, and Tyrolean yodeling under Anni Jäger.
In 2008, certified in the highest class (Erste Klasse) at the Swiss Federal Yodel Festival, and recertified multiple times through 2023. Frequently featured on SRF (Swiss National Broadcasting) and other media.
In 2009, released the first Swiss yodel CD by a Japanese artist in Switzerland, generating significant local media attention.
In 2011, she made her debut as the first Asian yodeler guest performer at the Hofbräuhaus venue of Munich’s Oktoberfest, performing before 6,500 people. She participated for three consecutive years thereafter. In 2017, she also performed as a guest at the Maestral venue in Spaten. She has appeared on German television channel ZDF.
